Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) will hold a public hearing on re-adopting the rule related to seining restrictions on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at NHFG’s Region 3 Office, 225 Main Street, Durham, NH. The hearing will begin at 12:00 p.m.
This is an existing rule that is set to expire in September to which no changes are being proposed.
The public is invited to attend to provide feedback or submit comments through October 14, 2026, via e-mail to comments@wildlife.nh.gov. The proposed rule can be viewed ahead of the meeting by visiting https://www.wildlife.state.nh.us/legislative/proposed-rules.html.
