Woodstock, NH – On Friday, June 19, 2026, at 4:03 p.m., Conservation Officers were notified of an ATV rollover with injury in Grafton, NH.
NH Fish and Game Conservation Officers responded to the scene. Prior to their arrival, the operator was transported by New London Ambulance to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for minor injuries. Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Corey French, 31, of Litchfield, NH, had lost control of his ATV while navigating a turn on private property. French was going down a hill when he struck a rock and lost control of his ATV. French was thrown from his ATV and landed next to a tree while the ATV rolled over beside him. French was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Speed and muddy conditions did appear to be contributing factors in this crash.
Conservation Officers would like to remind OHRV riders to always use caution while riding. Always familiarize yourself with OHRV operation before you ride and always wear a helmet while recreating. For more information on OHRV safety, visit wildlife.nh.gov.
