Pittsburg, NH – On March 1, 2026, at approximately 1:20 PM, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department was notified of a snowmobile crash with injuries that occurred on Primary Trail 140 in the town of Pittsburg. An emergency response was initiated by the Pittsburg Fire Department, 45th Parallel EMS, Pittsburg Police Department, and Conservation Officers.

Once on scene, a Conservation Officer determined that the operator, Kaelynn Webber, 38, of Rochester, NH, was traveling south on Primary 140, and attempting to negotiating a slight turn. As Webber came through the turn, she hit several large bumps that caused her to lose her grip on the handlebars. Her snowmobile subsequently rolled over, and she sustained injuries when she fell off.

Members of Webbers riding party rushed to her aid and initiated an emergency response. Webber was transported from the trail by Pittsburg Fire Department personnel to an awaiting 45th Parallel EMS Ambulance for further assessment and treatment. She was subsequently transported to Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Based on the information gathered at the scene, it was determined that rider inexperience was the primary factor in this crash, Webber had minimal riding experience prior to the incident.

Conservation Officers would like to remind riders that conditions remain variable and to ride within your abilities.
