Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) will hold a public hearing on the expedited repeal of the rules relative to temporary non-resident OHRV registration on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at NHFG Headquarters, East Conference Room, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH. The hearing will begin at 1:00 p.m.
This proposal is in response to the passage of Chapter 137, Laws of 2026, that repeals the law related to temporary non-resident OHRV registration.
The public is invited to attend to provide feedback or submit comments through October 5, 2026, via e-mail to comments@wildlife.nh.gov. The proposed rules can be viewed ahead of the meeting by visiting https://www.wildlife.state.nh.us/legislative/proposed-rules.html.
